Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
During peak periods, drops, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with/without tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, if you have chosen a shipping option with tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier, unless you have purchased a shipping option containing insured shipping. 
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize that the wrong address was used please contact us as soon as possible so we can see if there is anything we can do.
If an address error leads to a failed or returned delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your item is part of a pre-order or made-to-order release, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Returns & Exchanges

As of right now we do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse because we simply do not have the infrastructure to make it work for our company yet.
If there is a defect or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
